Belzona 1111 (Super Metal)

A two-part repair composite for metal repair and resurfacing based on solvent free epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy.It is easy to mix and apply without the need of specialist tools and can be machined using conventional tools .

Belzona 1121 (Super XL-Metal)
A 2-part repair composite for metal repair and resurfacing based on solvent-free epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy. This repair material has been developed to offer an extended working life, ideal for large applications where greater volumes of material are required or to provide adequate working time at higher temperatures. Belzona 1121 (Super XL-Metal) will not corrode and resists a wide range of chemicals. It is easy to mix and apply without the need of specialist tools and can be machined using conventional tools.

Belzona 1131 (Bearing Metal)
A two-part epoxy metal repair composite with self-lubricating properties for creation of low friction surfaces and protection of lubrication systems from wear and seizure in the event of lubrication loss. This solvent free repair composite has a unique micro-porous structure which allows it to trap and hold lubricating oil, minimising friction at start-up and improving the efficiency of mechanical equipment such as pumps. It has outstanding chemical resistance and will bond to almost any rigid surface without the need for hot work.

Belzona 1212

A 2-part surface-tolerant epoxy composite engineered specifically for in-situ application to wet, oil contaminated and underwater surfaces. This multi-purpose solvent-free material exhibits rapid cure and excellent adhesion to manually prepared substrates, where grit blasting cannot be achieved.

Belzona 1212 is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and is ideal for repair kits and emergency situations, ensuring fast back in service time.

Belzona 1311 (Ceramic R-Metal)
A two-part epoxy-based repair composite designed for metal repair and protection against the effects of erosion and corrosion. This solvent free repair composite has excellent chemical resistance and will bond to all metals and most other rigid surfaces. It is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and it cures at room temperature eliminating the need for hot work. It is ideally suited to be overcoated with Belzona 1321

Belzona 1311 (Ceramic R-Metal) can also be used as a high strength structural adhesive for metal bonding and to create irregular load bearing shims

Belzona 1321 (Ceramic S-Metal)
A two-part ceramic filled epoxy coating designed to provide erosion and corrosion resistance of metal surfaces. This solvent free epoxy coating has outstanding chemical resistance and will bond to almost any rigid surface. Due to its high compressive strength it can be also used to create a perfect shim. This material is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and it cures at room temperature eliminating the need for hot work.

Belzona 1341 (Supermetalglide)
A 2-part epoxy coating designed to improve efficiency of pumps, pipes, valves and other fluid handling equipment while protecting them from the effects of erosion and corrosion. This high performance product is proven to reduce energy consumption, provide excellent chemical resistance and lower maintenance costs.

Belzona 1341 (Supermetalglide) improves pump efficiency by using hydrophobic technology to repel process fluids and reduce turbulent flow. Efficiency increases of up to 7% have been recorded on new equipment and up to 20% on refurbished equipment.

Belzona 1391 (Ceramic HT)
A two-part ceramic filled epoxy coating which provides erosion and corrosion resistance to high temperature equipment operating under immersion up to 120°C (248°F). This solvent free coating provides excellent resistance to a wide range of aqueous solutions, hydrocarbons and process chemicals. It is easy to mix and can be applied using a stiff bristled brush or applicator.

Belzona 1391 (Ceramic HT) can also be used as a high strength structural adhesive for metal bonding and to create irregular load bearing shims where a high temperature material is required.

Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal)
A two-part repair composite based on a solvent-free epoxy resin reinforced silicon with steel alloy. This high temperature repair system is designed for metal repair and rebuilding equipment and provides excellent corrosion protection. Under immersion Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal) is suitable for applications up to 160°C (320°F). This product can be overcoated with Belzona high temperature coatings without the need for frost blasting, significantly reducing application costs and downtime.

Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal) will not corrode and resists a wide range of chemicals. This repair material can be easily mixed and applied without the need for specialist tools and when cured is durable yet fully machinable.

Belzona 1593
A 2-part hand-applied epoxy coating designed to provide long-term corrosion and chemical resistance to equipment operating in continuous immersion at temperatures up to 160°C (320°F). This coating has a long overcoat window and its cold curing mechanism with full in service cure reduces downtime and ensures rapid return of equipment to service.

This solvent-free coating is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools, ensuring a simple and  safe application in confined areas.

Belzona 1811 (Ceramic Carbide)
A 2-part epoxy-based composite material incorporating abrasion resistant ceramic aggregates for the repair and protection of metal surfaces suffering from sliding abrasion. Belzona 1811 (Ceramic Carbide) resists deformation damage and wear providing long-term abrasion resistance.

This highly durable composite material can be applied without the need for specialist tools to unlimited thickness onto vertical and horizontal surfaces up to a dry temperature of 150°C (300°F). Belzona 1811 (Ceramic Carbide) will not corrode and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals. It will bond to a variety of substrates providing a seamless lining coupled with excellent abrasion and wear resistance to coarse materials.

Alternatively, where problems due to very fine particle abrasion occur, Belzona 1812 (Ceramic Carbide FP) has been developed. 

Belzona 1812 (Ceramic Carbide FP)
A 2-part epoxy-based composite material combining extremely hard closely packed abrasion resistant ceramic aggregates in a polymeric binder for the repair and protection of equipment damaged by fine particle abrasion.

Belzona 1812 (Ceramic Carbide FP) has been developed for situations involving fine particle erosion such as cement manufacture. This new generation technology creates a smoother but highly durable composite capable of being applied in thin layers, providing greater opportunities to modify profiles and improve flow.

Alternativly, where problems due to coarse particle abrasion occur, Belzona 1811 (Ceramic Carbide) has been developed.
