Belzona 3111(Flexible Membrane)
A cold applied liquid coating for long-term roof protection, providing outstanding waterproofing and weatherproofing properties. This single component, solvent free roof coating will bond strongly to all types of roofing materials, following even complex roof contours, and will allow the surface to breathe due to its microporous structure.This water-based material can be applied on almost any location including schools, hospitals and public buildings thanks to its low odour. It is certified by the BBA and has proven to provide excellent protection of roofs for in excess of 25 years.
Belzona 3121(MR7)
A 2-part polymer composite designed to provide emergency roof repair and weatherproofing for leaking roof areas. Belzona 3121 (MR7) is liquid applied and bonds strongly to all common roofing surfaces including slate roofs, tile roofs, asphalt, felt, asbestos cement sheet roofs and metal roofs, even during adverse weather conditions.This system is water resistant immediately after application and can cure even if fully immersed in water.
Belzona 3211 (Lagseal)
A water-based acrylic emulsion membrane incorporating a polymer bonded glass reinforcing sheet (Belzona 9321) designed to provide seamless, flexible protection to all types of thermal insulation and cladding systems.
Belzona 3211 (Lagseal) is water, weather and fire resistant, and conforms to the requirements for a ‘Class O’ surface for ‘The UK Building Regulations 1991’ and ‘Class A’ in accordance with ‘ASTM E84’. The system provides protection from water ingress whilst its microporous nature allows trapped moisture from within the insulation to evaporate. This solvent-free, single pack system requires no mixing and is simple to apply to damp as well as dry insulation.
Belzona 3131 (WG Membrane)
Designed for application in all weather conditions, this cold-applied liquid coating offers long-term repair and protection to all types of roofs.
The moisture-activated urethane roof coating, Belzona 3131 (WG Membrane), bonds strongly to all types of roofing materials and will not be damaged by rain even immediately after application. The applied system incorporates a reinforcement sheet to allow the easy control of the coating thickness during application and it adapts to roof movement due to its outstanding elasticity.
